Individuals majoring in video-related fields (video shooting/video editing)
Those interested in creating music videos, especially in the KPOP genre
Business Content:
Film and produce KPOP music videos
Serve as a video supervisor for "Multicultural Society Good World," an official Korean theater company

Proficient in video editing, marketing/advertising, web design, and/or digital communication

Positive work attitude and effective communication skills with individuals from diverse cultures
Internship Details:
When: Open for any date.
Note: Positions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation is pending completion of the administrative application.
How Long:
Minimum duration: 1 month.
Maximum duration: 12 months (except for internships from September through February, where a minimum of 3 months is required).

Pricing:
Administrative Fee: 400USD
Accommodation Fee: 700USD (!monthly rent, no need to pay all at once!)
Internship Guidance Fee: 300USD (only when the internship period is less than 3 month)
(The total price depends on the chosen internship period)
(Please be aware that the you only have to pay the additional fee, when your internship period is less than 3 month)
!Discount Season!: If you register between 15th of May and 31th of August, you will get 30% discount on your accommodation fee!!!!
ACOPIA's Evolution and Internship Diversity:
Founded in 1999 with a focus on Korea-Japan exchange, the Asia Hope Camp Organization (ACOPIA) expanded its scope globally in 2012. However, as of December 2023, it primarily centers on Korea-Japan exchange.
Despite this, interns from 33 countries, such as France, the United States, and Japan, consistently engage in diverse international exchange tasks, enriching their experiences at ACOPIA.

Musical Performance
Project: Multicultural Good World Musical
Bringing together aspiring stars, talented singers, and entertainment enthusiasts, Acopia aims to create a Multicultural Good World Musical. Our shared goal is to foster a multicultural society in Korea through this meaningful project.
ACOPIA NEWSPAPER:
Join Acopia Newspaper, an officially registered Korean publication, as an intern reporter. Capture and report on diverse fields such as KPOP Entertainment, Young Asian Painters, Multicultural Good World Musical, International Exchange, and Famous Places in Korea.

Ambassador Role:
ISKA Trainees serve as Ambassadors of Asia Hope Camp Organization (ACOPIA).
Festival Participation:
ISKA members have the opportunity to perform at festivals and utilize the ACOPIA studio.
ISKA Privileges:
Access to ACOPIA studio 'ROOM1.'
Observation of auditions.
Participation in performance activities, including KPOP and Musical.
ISKA Screening Process:
Interest Check:
Indicate your interest in ISKA on the application form.
Submission:
Email your height, weight, and photos to acopia.intern@gmail.com.
Audition:
If you pass the screening, a face-to-face audition awaits upon your arrival in Korea.
Qualification:
Individuals able to commit to the ISKA program for at least 3 months.

Internship Stay:
Interns are required to stay in ACOPIA's share houses
Note: Total accommodation fees must be paid at least 1 month before arrival
Flexible Schedule:
Working days and hours are flexible, allowing you to tailor them to your preferences

Quarantine & Entry Requirements:
Quarantine & Testing:
No quarantine required upon entering Korea, irrespective of vaccination status.
PCR test post-arrival in Korea is not mandatory.
K-ETA:
Nationals eligible for visa-free entry must obtain K-ETA approval.
Ensure K-ETA approval is secured 72 hours before your departure to Korea.
ACOPIA Internship Fees:
Administrative Fee:
One-time payment: 400USD; non-refundable.
Accommodation Fee:
Due 2 months before arrival, varies by room type.
Stay Requirements:
Must stay at ACOPIA house during the internship.
Living in Acopia House covers the guidance fee.
Opting out? Pay a 300,000 KRW monthly guidance fee upfront.
Note:
Administrative fee doesn't cover house or guidance costs.
Extra 300USD for internships under 3 months.
ACOPIA Internship Visa & Requirements:
Visa Sponsorship:
ACOPIA doesn't sponsor South Korean visas. Contact your Korean Embassy for visa inquiries.
Invitation Letter:
Issued post-receipt of administrative fee payment due to past incidents.
Documentation:
Provide passport biographical page and visa copy (if applicable) on orientation day.
Insurance:
Interns must have valid travel/medical insurance for their entire internship duration.
Services:
ACOPIA provides only the visa invitation letter.
Fee Payment:
Administrative fee due within 10 days post-acceptance.
Activities:
Intern activities are documented and published on our website by the end of the internship.
ACOPIA Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Notification Timeframes for Refunds:
2 months prior: Full refund.
1 month prior: 50% refund.
Within 1 month: No refund.
Deposit Details:
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Fee Usage:
Deposits or administrative fees are non-refundable but can be applied to other Acopia programs within two years.
