We are pleased to confirm that we have two types of accommodations available for your stay. Please review the options below and let us know which one you and your group prefer:

1. Share House (Yeonnam/Hongdae) : Location: Near Hongdae Entrance Station, in the trendy Yeonnam-dong café street area. Room Type: Shared rooms (2~4 people per room). Convenience: The dance practice room and Korean language school are within walking distance.

2. Goshiwon (Yongsan) : Near Yongsan, close to HYBE (BTS’s agency headquarters) and Itaewon. Room Type: Private room (single occupancy).
Commute: You will need to take the subway for 15 minutes to reach the dance practice room and Korean language school.

※The price for both options is the same, so please decide which one best suits your needs.

Walking from Hongik University Station Exit 3 to the studio? Just a 6-minute walk!

Our KPOP share house offers 4 or 2-person rooms, making it great for group or solo travelers looking to make new friends. Fully furnished with a big TV, kitchen essentials, water purifier, and even a dance practice mirror, it ensures a comfortable long-term stay.

Located in Yongsan with an elevator on each floor and just a 10-minute train ride to Hongdae. Here's the proximity to various subway stations:

• 5-min walk from Namyeong Station (Line 1, Exit 1)

• 7-min walk from Sook University Station (Line 4, Exit 7)

• 7-min walk from Hyochang Koen-mae Station (Gyeonggi Chuo Line, Exit 5)

• 8-min walk from Hyochang Park-mae Station (Line 6, Exit 2)

KPOP Goshiwon offers single rooms with shared facilities and was newly renovated in October 2023, exclusively for women. Enjoy nearby amenities like coin laundry, cafes, restaurants, and more. Plus, always find kimchi and rice on hand!
