Q1. Is it free to participate?

A. Yes. You can join for free in both online and in-person gallery.

Q2. Will the exhibition be held online/offline(in-person)/both?

A. You can join online only or both.

For the online exhibition, you cannot sell your works, we provide you our platform just for introducing. For the offline exhibition, you can sell your works.  

Q3. What is the Maximum number of artworks ACOPIA accept?

A. For offline exhibition: 2 artworks per artist, and for online exhibition: 20 artworks per artist.

Also, please set the selling price of the art works in advance and let me know, and send me a picture file in advance what art works you will send.

Q4. After the exhibition, how will the artworks be treated?

A. You can decide if you want your painting back or let us keep it until we can sell it.

Q5. When is ACOPIA going to send you a deposit?

A. After you promise to ship your works with a specific date or after you send us some confirmation of shipping (ex. Shipping code)

Q6. I want to know the details of the deposit!

　A. For the offline exhibition, we pay $50 as a part of the sale in advance per artwork. Then, for example, if the artworks priced at $500 get sold, we pay $450 as a sale to the artist.

*From 9.1.2022, we are going to get a 30% of the sale as a commission.

Q6. Who owes the shipping fee?

　A. Acopia asks you to pay both for the sending and returning fee.

Q1. ギャラリーへの参加は無料ですか？

　A. はい、無料です。オンラインでの展示、韓国での展示どちらもご参加頂ける場合も同様です。

Q2. 展示はオンラインとオフラインの両方で行われますか？

　A. アーティストの方は、オンラインのみの参加、もしくは韓国でのオフライン展示との両方の参加からご選択いただけます。

オフライン展示会の場合、作品1点につき5千円を売上の一部として事前にお支払いし、作品が売れた場合はその残りの分をそのままアーティストの方にお渡し致します。例えば5万円の作品であれば、事前に5千円をお支払いし、売れた場合は残りの4万5千円を追加でお支払いする形になります。

＊2022年8月31日までは、作品の売上金はすべてアーティストの方に支給されます。2022年9月以降は、手数料として売上金の30％をAcopiaが受け取ります。

オンライン展示会の場合、作品・作家の紹介のみで販売はしていないため、保証金のお支払いはございません。

Q3. 応募できる作品の数は最大何点ですか？

　A. オフライン展示用：アーティスト1人につき2点、オンライン展示用:アーティスト1人につき20点です。

また、作品の販売価格展示する作品の写真ファイルなどは、指定のフォームより送って頂くことになります。

Q4.展示が終わった後、作品はどうなりますか？

　A. ACOPIAギャラリーでの作品展示・販売を継続するか、停止するかをご選択できます。停止する場合、作品は返送させて頂きます。その際の返送料につきまして、日本への返送はアーティスト様のご負担となります。

Q5.保証金の送金はいつ頃になりますか？

　A. 作品の発送を発送日を明記の上で確実に約束して頂けた後、あるいは発送したことを証明するもの（例：宅配の追跡コード）を提示して頂いた後の送金となります。
