Trying out Korea food

Yesterday, we discovered the popular Korean dishes called Tteokbokki and Kimbap.

Tteokbokki is a rice cake with a spicy sauce and can be eaten with hardboiled eggs and odeng.Kimbap, on the other hand, is similar to sushi. It is seaweed wrapped around rice and your choice of vegetables and meat.

Both dishes were delicious and were happily shared by all the interns. The Philippine, French, American, and German interns came together to chat and share their experiences in Korea. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming especially with interns who are passionate about Korean culture.

We definitely enjoyed these popular Korean dishes!
