A filming day with NHK on 8 July,2019
On 8 July 2019, NHK, Japan's sole and one of the biggest public broadcasters in the world, visited ACOPIA to film and conduct interview. Our broadcasting team’s interns, Anna and Ashleigh, spent the whole day with NHK to record the process of filming and interview.
Apart from filming the vocal, Korean and dance classes offered by ACOPIA School, interviews with dance teacher and ACOPIA’s trainees were also conducted for the sake of having a deeper understanding of ACOPIA and the K-POP industry.
Ibuki, one of the ACOPIA’s trainee and dance busker, performed on the same day in Hongdae where is famed for being the young people district and street busking. NHK not only filmed the whole busking but interviewed the audiences as well. Besides, they went to Ibuki’s house to understand more about trainee’s life from another perspective.
With the enormous influence of Korean culture and idols, being a K-POP stars may probably be the ideal dream for every youngster. But without doubt, every successful idols go through all the blood, swear, and tears in the way of purchasing their dream. There is no such thing as a free lunch implying that effort should be given out to achieve your goals. We wish you every success in the future!
