Internship period : February 3rd 2022 to May 3rd 2022
It has been three months since I started working as an intern at the Asian Hope Camp Organization in February 2022. As a Korean living in Japan, I wanted to experience an internship related to Japan-Korea exchange while studying abroad in Korea, and I was attracted to the work content and decided to apply.
The work in my office was SNS public relations activities for studying abroad in the open space, homepage management for Acopia newspaper, coverage of Korean wave visas, photography, etc.
In the SNS public relations activities for studying abroad in Hiroba, we created articles and materials to make more Japanese people aware of studying abroad in Hiroba, and repeated ideas and practices to get them interested and access. I have noticed something while working. That is, in the daily life and the SNS that you read every day, the job of advertising the company, that is, public relations, is just a part of the face of the organization and plays a very important role.
At the same time, I was able to work while feeling rewarding when the number of access to articles increased after devising.
In addition, interviewing a Korean wave visa is a valuable work that cannot be experienced by an ordinary intern, so from the standpoint of a person who wants to obtain a Korean wave visa, think about questions and go directly to the immigration offices in Jeonju. We interviewed. It was my first internship and my first interview in Korean, so I ended the interview with a lot of tension and anxiety, but the interview was based on the questions I had been thinking about, and I was wondering. I was able to realize that it would be more natural to approach with an attitude of listening to things.
Although it was a short time, it is meaningful for me to learn and acquire various things such as going out to work in society for the past three months, the importance of taking a voluntary approach, and the importance of the Japan-Korea exchange business. It was time, and I felt that what I experienced and learned at the Asian Hope Camp Organization was a step toward my future growth.
