Internship period : January 4th 2022 to February 28th 2022

When I was in high school, I became interested in the Korean entertainment field such as K-pop, and after graduating from a Japanese vocational school, I entered a Korean university as a third year transfer. Currently, I want to specialize in Korean entertainment, which is attracting worldwide attention, so I major in the Department of Cultural Tourism Content and study tourism and Korean cultural content. And I decided to start an internship at ACOPIA because I wanted to have various experiences in order to enhance my short study abroad program in Korea, which is only two years.

First of all, ACOPIA is engaged in various businesses, and the business content involved is wide-ranging, such as site management, SNS marketing, and Youtube video production. I was mainly entrusted with the task of promoting study abroad programs that support trainees in Korea (KPOP study abroad). Specifically, it is a job to shoot the activities of the students of the trainee training course, edit and produce VLOG videos. By recording and transmitting the daily lives of the students who are actually studying abroad in a video, I was able to get involved in the promotion of the study abroad program and the work that leads to effective marketing that can appeal to the students themselves. In recent years, I think that marketing of video media such as Youtube has become very important, so I feel that it was a valuable experience to be involved in video production work as a business this time. Also, I could feel the daily efforts of the international students who came to Korea to become trainees seriously aiming to make their debut at the Korean entertainment agency and the harshness of the industry, which was a good stimulus for me. rice field.

It was my first time to do office work in Korea, so I was a little worried, but I was very comfortable working in an environment where I could consult if I had any questions and get feedback immediately. It was my first time to do office work in Korea, so I was a little worried, but I was very comfortable working in an environment where I could consult with him if I had any questions and get feedback immediately. It was. In the part-time jobs I have experienced so far, I tended to work passively, but even when editing and shooting videos, I voluntarily think about the composition and what kind of concept to make. I often have to act, and I feel that I was able to imagine myself actually going out to work in society through the internship. I was able to take on the challenge of marketing, which I was originally interested in, and it became clear what kind of work I would like to be involved in in the future, and I had more opportunities to think about my career. My goal is to get a job in Korea, so I realized once again the difficulty of working in Korean society and wanted to continue my efforts to grow further.

Currently, due to the influence of Corona, there are various restrictions on studying abroad in Korea, and university classes are also held online, so I would like to do more active activities during the two months of the university's winter vacation. This internship was a very meaningful time for me. Not only Japanese internship students but also internship students from various countries gathered, and I was staying in a share house in Acopia, so I was able to build friendly relationships and learn while being inspired by other internship students. There were many things. I would like to continue to take advantage of this experience and lead a positive attitude toward studying abroad.
